Have you always dreamed of skiing with a World Cup athlete in a beautiful location? This is your chance: Travis Ganong will be the ‘Athlete in Residence’ at Hotel Mondschein in beautiful Stuben am Arlberg, Austria. Travis explored the area last year and enjoyed the incredible terrain and great hospitality at Hotel Mondschein so much that he decided to return for two weeks in January to offer a special ski touring package in the Arlberg region.

The Arlberg region is one of the most snow-sure areas in Europe. Stuben am Arlberg offers direct access to the Arlberg ski area without the crowds you would get in St. Anton, Lech or Zürs. The combined ski area offers 302 km (189 miles) of groomed pistes with 85 lifts and gondolas, making it the largest ski area in Austria. In addition to piste skiing, there is 200 km (125 miles) of backcountry skiing. The ski touring opportunities are endless and if you feel like it, you can go heli-skiing, which is very rare in the Alps. So, whether you like piste skiing, side-country skiing, backcountry skiing or après-skiing, you will definitely find what you are looking for in the Arlberg ski area.

Pack your powder skis and ski touring gear and join Olympian Travis Ganong for a fantastic week of skiing from Stuben am Arlberg this winter. Stuben is approximately 90 minutes from Innsbruck Airport or 2 hours 15 minutes from Zurich Airport in Switzerland and offers direct access to Albona, one of the best off-piste powder skiing areas in the Alps.
