‘Empty streets’: Paris restaurants struggle with Olympic safety

Parisian restaurant owners had hoped for a rebound in business as crowds flocked to the city for this summer’s Olympic Games, but instead many restaurants along the Seine in the French capital have been left largely empty. The reason, owners say, is a police perimeter that keeps patrons at bay.
