Ever since it was reported that ambitious politician and Undi MLA Raghu Rama Krishna met former CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the assembly hall this morning, there has been much discussion in political circles and media about what could have been the immediate reactions of both and what they exchanged in the short span of their conversation.

This unexpected and surprising development turned out to be a trending topic due to their ongoing political rivalry that started way back in 2019 and continues even though Jagan is no longer the CM and his party is not even the largest opposition party in the state.

According to unconfirmed reports doing the rounds since morning, RRR greeted him with “Hi Jagan” and also placed his hand on Jagan’s shoulder when they met in the lobby of the meeting. He reportedly asked Jagan to attend the meeting regularly.

Surprisingly, Jagan also said that he had responded to RRR’s words in a polite manner by saying, “I will be there regularly and you will notice it.” RRR told Jagan that there will be a healthy atmosphere if there is a strong opposition.

It doesn’t stop here, RRR requested AP Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav to allot him a seat next to Jagan’s chair in the meeting. Payyavula responded to his request in a humorous manner, media reports claimed.

Whether this is the real conversation that took place between the two political giants or not, remains to be seen. The truth about this much-discussed discussion will only come to light when RRR appears in the media next time. For now, it is time for everyone to speculate.
