TechnipFMC, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is a technology provider to the oil and energy sector. As of 2020, the company occupies approximately 75,000 square feet in the building. After a renegotiation, it extended its contract for another five years. Colliers represented TechnipFMC in negotiating the terms of the lease.

In the first quarter of this year alone, renegotiated leases accounted for 40% of the total demand for modern office space in Krakow. We expect this trend to continue and increase in the coming months. TechnipFMC’s decision is part of this trend.
