Moscow: «Explosives sent from Italy and Germany for terrorist acts»

A channel for the delivery of explosives and electric detonators from Europe to Russia, intended for terrorist attacks, was intercepted by the St. Petersburg branch of the Russian Security Service (FSB).

The FSB announced this, Tass reports.

The material, we read in a press release, was transported in several shipments from Italy and Germany, hidden in cavities of car parts.

Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry reports that 75 Ukrainian drones were shot down in various regions of the country last night. Of these, 47 were intercepted in the Rostov region, the ministry indicated, as reported by Tass. The other unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the Belgorod (1), Voronezh (1), Smolensk (1) and Krasnodar (8) regions, as well as 17 over the Black Sea and the Sea of ​​Azov.
