Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he is grateful to President Biden for his “unwavering support” to Ukraine, which has been crucial to its fight for freedom.

“We respect today’s difficult but powerful decision. We will always be grateful for President Biden’s leadership,” Zelensky wrote on X.

“He supported our country during the most dramatic moment in history, helped us prevent Putin from occupying our country and continued to support us during this terrible war.

“The current situation in Ukraine and across Europe is no less challenging, and we sincerely hope that America’s continued strong leadership will prevent Russia’s evil from succeeding or its aggression from paying off.”
