“The Saints have already secured one of their own players ahead of the start of training camp. As ESPN’s Adam Schefter first reported, New Orleans has given Pro Bowl receiver Rashid Shaheed a one-year, $5.2 million contract extension. The extension will keep Shaheed with the team through 2025 and amounts to a projected second-round pick of $4.978 million.” – John Hendrix, SNN on SI
