After Saturday’s big stories, the final day of the 2024 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship in the Czech Republic got underway with the warm-up. With 10 minutes to get into the rhythm for the final day of racing and bright sunshine, more drama is expected throughout the day at Autodrom Most. Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) was in control after the session and remained in the lead as he looks to top every session of the weekend.

Razgatlioglu had a few moments during the ten-minute race but escaped major drama, leading the way and being one of the first riders to cross the chequered flag, while Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) took P2 and will be hoping to return to the podium. Remy Gardner (GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team) was in the top three ahead of Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing Team) and Garrett Gerloff (Bonovo Action BMW).

On Sunday morning, Jonathan Rea (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) looked to have made a good move and took sixth, demoting Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) with his final flying lap, leaving the reigning double world champion in P7. Michael van der Mark (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team), Andrea Iannone (Team GoEleven) and Andrea Locatelli (Pata Prometeon Yamaha) completed the top ten. It was a better morning for Honda with Iker Lecuona (Team HRC) and team-mate Xavi Vierge in 12th and 14th respectively, although Kawasaki struggled with Axel Bassani (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK) best in 15th, with team-mate Alex Lowes only coming in 17th.
