Werder Bremen captain speaks out on Nottingham Forest transfer links

Austria international Marco Friedl has dismissed left to Nottingham Forest and says there have been no discussions about a move to the City Ground.

Reports earlier this week claimed the Reds were keen on the Werder Bremen captain who has two years left to run on his contract.

Forest are believed to be in the hunt for a new centre-back and Friedl’s name has cropped up as a potential candidate.
