Just one day later Cycling weekly reported that at least six teams in the Tour de France were threatening to pull out of a deal that would see their team radios broadcast on TV during the race. Visma-Lease a Bike and Ineos Grenadiers have both suspended their agreements with the race organisers, ASO, effective immediately.

Both Visma and Ineos refused to grant ASO access to their internal communications regarding stage 19 of the Tour and will also not allow their team audios to be broadcast on television during stages 20 and 21.
