Manchester United are in talks to sign 16-year-old former Arsenal striker Chido Obi-Martin, GistReel gets it.

Obi-Martin, who recently left Arsenal after his school-year contract expired, turned down a scholarship offer from the Gunners.

The Danish-born striker visited Manchester United’s Carrington training ground earlier this week, revealing the Red Devils are seriously interested.

Obi-Martin made headlines last November by scoring 10 goals in Arsenal Under-16s’ stunning 14-3 victory over Liverpool.

His impressive performance during the match is said to have caught the attention of several scouts.

Although he has represented both England and Denmark at youth level, Obi-Martin cannot sign a professional contract until he is 17 years old.
