Kyle Richards is making some big changes now that she’s split from husband Mauricio Umansky.

Following reports that the 54-year-old co-founder of The Agency had cut ties with his estranged wife after he was photographed kissing a mystery woman at Mykonos, Greece, airport on July 16, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, appeared to redefine their relationship.

“Mom, actor, author, producer, animal lover, a RHOBH,” reads her Instagram bio on Friday, July 19.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that the reality star had crossed the word “wife” off her list of roles.

Since then, Umansky’s “mystery woman” has been identified as actress Nikita Kahn.

In addition to the racy airport footage, which shows the 31-year-old embracing the father of three, TMZ also shared photos and videos of the couple getting cozy at the Scorpios Beach Club in Mykonos.

The former couple – who married in 1996 and split in 2023 after 27 years of marriage – have daughters Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Richards is also mother to daughter Farrah Brittany, 35, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

While the Buy Beverly Hills While the star is spending time in Greece, Richards was spotted in the United States at the Minnesota Yacht Club music festival in St. Paul, Minn., with girlfriend Morgan Wade.

Rumors have been circulating for some time about the nature of her friendship with the 29-year-old country singer.

While neither has confirmed a romantic relationship, they often leave room for speculation.

“I evolve, I change,” says the Halloween actress said during the season 13 reunion of RHOBH after talking about their kiss in one of Wade’s music videos. “I’m definitely going through my own evolution and I don’t know. I don’t know what my future holds right now.”

Even Rihanna has spoken out on the subject.

“Listen, I love Kyle,” she said Interview magazine in April. “It’s weird to comment on her relationship because I don’t know the facts. I just feel like she’s been able to reexamine her marriage through a new lens.”

“For the first time, someone else made her feel valued, that she was cute and quirky and fun and all those amazing things that we might have taken for granted before,” the Fenty Beauty mogul continued.

“And that’s why I believe there’s something about Morgan. Sometimes that’s what it takes to fight for what you deserve,” she added.

In May, Richards appeared in the Bitch Bible podcast and confirmed that Umansky has moved out of their shared home to a spot in West Hollywood.

“I always knew it would feel strange when that day came,” she said, adding that when she got home, “everything” was “so quiet.”

She may not be a “wife” anymore, but she’s still a “real housewife.” Richards confirmed she will return for season 14 of RHOBHwhich is currently in production.
