Denmark vs England: Fall guy Kane can help land 9/2 Bet Builder

England Superboost

Don’t fix what isn’t broken, they say, so Betfair is back at it exactly the same Superboost selection in Denmark against England.

You can support Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham who each make one or more mistakes against Denmark 1/12.00Super boost from 1/21.50!

Same selection won at a gallop on MD1 vs. Serbia, with Kane winning his first foul in the 55th minute to add to a pairing that Bellingham had already won in the first half.

Kane (6) and Bellingham (4) were fouled ten times between them in the opening match, and will undoubtedly be targeted again.

Heading into the game against Serbia, the duo have already been fouled 55 times in their last 15 appearances in England, but their average has now risen to more than 4 winning errors per match about their last 16 international matches.

Back the Superboost here!

I mentioned the discomfort I felt at matches in England last week and the mood was not improved when John Stones failed to score any shots during the 1-0 win over Serbia.

Despite a good start, Gareth Southgate’s team ultimately forced only one corner and retreated further and further towards their own penalty area in the second half.

I still think Stones has potential in the shot market (he is 8/131.61 for at least one here) as someone needs to fill the void left by Harry Maguire, who has long been a prime target on set plays. Still, they could use some more corners to be able to appeal again.

Leg 1: Harry Kane is fouled more than twice

Instead, I’ll look elsewhere for value, starting with Harry Kane who has made at least two mistakes.

The England captain won five free kicks during the game against Serbia and is a master at ensuring that a light touch leads to a fall and a subsequent whistle from the referee.

He should have some physical battles with Andreas Christensen and Joachim Andersen. The former committed one foul against Slovenia and the latter two, meaning Andersen has now committed two or more fouls in five of his last seven fouls.

The referee, Artur Soares Dias, is above average in terms of fouls in Portugal, while averaging a healthy 24.7 per match in international football since the start of 2022.

With Kane having now made the bet in nine of his last twelve competitive international starts, 6/52.20 looks like a good price.

Leg 2: Christian Eriksen 2+ shots

To keep it simple, I’ll double it with Christian Eriksen to get more than 2 photos.

The midfielder, who has long been licensed to drive forward in a Denmark shirt, was a standout player in Denmark’s 1-1 draw against Slovenia on matchday one.

He scored five shots, often after a run from deep in the penalty area. One of them resulted in a goal.

England were largely untroubled by Serbia on Sunday, but Eriksen’s runs are exactly what Serbia lacked and he will be another test for Stones and Marc Guehi, not to mention Declan Rice and Trent Alexander-Arnold, assuming the latter keeps its place.

Eriksen is able to find that all-important space between the lines and I like his price 7/52.40 here.

He has proven his support in this vein in seven of his last nine starts for Denmark and while it is fair to say the standard of opposition here is probably higher than in any of those games, he did manage two goals in the last World Cup to succeed against France. at.

Double pays around 9/25.50 which just looks good.
