Singer Rod Stewart was booed in Germany for supporting Ukraine. BILD reports this.

Notably, during a concert in Leipzig, the artist took to the stage in a blue and yellow suit and shouted “Fuck Putin!” and sang his hit Rhythm Of My Heart. He also showed the audience a video of Ukrainians hiding from Russian missile attacks, a girl with a No War poster, a Ukrainian flag and a portrait of Volodymyr Zelenskyi. Some viewers didn’t like it and booed the artist.

Following the incident, Rod Stewart said his position remains unchanged and that he will continue to support our country.

“I supported the Ukrainian people during this war. Starting with him helping to deliver products to the country, and ending with renting a house in Britain for a Ukrainian family, and hiring two Ukrainians as part of his touring band. Yes, I support Zelenskyi and the people of Ukraine, and I will continue to do so,” he said.
